Power in India took a dump in the middle of a site synchronization. Web team is in India. Used to have a local web team, until our contract expired and we reverted to a $95/hour rate. They were working on a google maps thing - basically you'll be able to register your location if you're a Viking owner, it puts a 'pin' on a global map, then you can see where all the other Viking owners are all over the world.
